Job summary

Hollywood Presbyterian is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse I to work nights. The role supports Medical Surgical, Telemetry and DOU units, floating across inpatient departments as needed to ensure patient throughput and high-quality care.

The RN must hold a California RN license with BLS/ACLS, Basic EKG, NIHSS, and ARC readiness within 30 days of hire. Night shifts, 12-hour blocks, part-time 0.9 FTE, and full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license
• American Heart Association BLS card
• American Heart Association ACLS card
• Basic EKG
• NIHSS (Stroke)
• Los Angeles County Fire Card (within 30 days of hire)
• ARC (within 30 days of employment)

Responsibilities

• Float pool RN I provides care across Medical Surgical, Telemetry and DOU units.
• Works within the nursing process to provide safe and therapeutic patient care.
• Floats to multiple inpatient departments as needed to support staffing.
