Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active California RN license, and Telemetry (TELE) experience; CPR/BLS certification preferred. Must be able to float to Med/Surg/Tele as needed.

Qualifications

• Telemetry (TELE) experience is required.
• BSN is required for this role.
• Active California RN license is required.
• Acute care facility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and assess patient data to identify care needs and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement care plans to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
