The RN will rotate across units, maintain competency within the cluster, and contribute to a patient-centered care environment with service excellence and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience on Med/Surg/Telemetry in an acute care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Float RN rotates across units and is assigned to a home department as needed.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff within the cluster.
