Job summary

Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg Telemetry III on the Night shift. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, perform assessments, planning, interventions, and documentation, and support patient education for families during the shift.

The role requires an active California RN license, BLS certification, and NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an RN at an acute care facility is required.
• Current California RN license is required.
• BLS (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene and evaluate care for adult and geriatric patients.
• Document nursing care and patient progress.
• Counsel and educate patients and families; coordinate with the care team.
