Job summary

ID Technology, part of ProMach, is seeking a Die-cutter Operator for the 3rd shift at our Pewaukee, Wisconsin facility. You will set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment to produce high-quality flexographic label products.

Join a collaborative team, maintain quality standards, and follow safety procedures. The role offers opportunities to grow manufacturing skills in a state-of-the-art environment with a strong benefits package. Schedule Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable operating or learning to operate small machinery.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing die cutter equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspection of products as they come off press.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Package finished products according to established guidelines and specifications.
• Assist with setup and operation of finishing equipment as needed.
• Monitor daily production and shipping schedules and communicate progress or issues to the Production Manager.
• Build knowledge of processes, tools, and equipment used in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude and take pride in quality work.
• Follow all safety procedures to support a clean and safe work environment.
