Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring Final Testing Operators for a manufacturing client in the Rochester area. This role is responsible for completing final checks on assembled products and using computer-based testing equipment to verify that assemblies meet quality and performance requirements.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, immediate openings, and overtime as needed. Starting pay is $19.00/hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged; strong attention to detail required.
• Basic computer/technology skills and ability to learn testing procedures.
• Ability to visually identify defects and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to the Rochester area.
• Willingness to work overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspection of completed slide cell assemblies.
• Connect assemblies to computer-based testing equipment.
• Follow testing procedures to verify proper operation.
• Review test results and identify potential issues.
• Visually inspect components for defects or inconsistencies.
• Document test results and communicate quality concerns.
• Work with assembly to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain an organized and clean testing area.
