Kelly is hiring Electronics Production Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Middletown, PA. The role involves connecting components, testing products, inspecting boards, and assisting with soldering work as needed.

You’ll work hands-on with wiring, cables, and production equipment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute to quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, testing, or assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with wiring, cables, connectors, or circuit boards is a plus.
• Basic troubleshooting or soldering experience is helpful.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Connect electronic components, cables, and wiring to testing equipment.
• Test electronic products to make sure they’re working properly.
• Inspect circuit boards, connectors, and components for quality.
• Identify testing issues and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow testing instructions and document results.
• Assist with basic electronic assembly or soldering when needed.
