Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification are required.
• Experience in field safety management on construction sites.
• Ability to support excavation, trenching, and underground utilities activities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards and field safety processes.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments.
• Candidates must carry their own workers' compensation coverage.
• Preferred: data center/construction safety experience; CHST/ASP/CSP or similar credentials.
• Education: bachelor’s degree in safety or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide field safety leadership across multiple active construction scopes.
• Monitor excavation, trenching, and grading activities for OSHA compliance.
• Support concrete placement and underground utility installation operations.
• Conduct daily site inspections, observations, and safety audits; identify hazards and drive corrective actions.
• Participate in incident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Promote safe work practices through active field engagement.
• Review work activities and assist with risk mitigation planning.
• Maintain project safety documentation and reporting requirements.
• Act as the primary safety presence during night shift operations.
