Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Field Safety Manager for a weekend day shift on a data center project in Point Pleasant, WV. You will serve as the on-site safety resource, oversee weekend construction activities, enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and coordinate with project leadership to mitigate hazards.

The role is a 12-month contract (1099) with weekly pay, per diem, and a four-day schedule Friday–Monday.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification required.
• Construction Field Safety Management experience required.
• Experience supporting civil construction activities preferred.
• Understanding of excavation and trenching safety requirements.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and audits.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Candidates must carry their own workers' compensation coverage.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $47-$49/hr

Per Diem: $125/Day

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule: Friday-Monday | Day Shift | 10-12 Hour Shifts | 40-48 Hours Per Week
