Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or 1+ years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Ability to read and write reports and business correspondence, ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Learn the material process flow of the entire feed mill, including receiving, grinding, batching, pelleting, and loadout.
• Cross-train in all areas of production/maintenance and be proficient in plant automation.
• Manage and plan production needs for each area of operation.
• Maintain cleanliness of all feed mill areas and surrounding grounds.
• Follow cGMP and FSMA protocols in all duties.
• Process paperwork and use computer systems to track material flow according to procedures.
• Understand and follow safety rules and standard operating procedures.
