Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a night-shift production associate responsible for manufacturing livestock feed and handling related paperwork. Duties include loading/unloading trucks, forklift operation, and maintaining warehouse equipment in a safety-conscious environment.

The role requires independent work, teamwork, and the ability to follow strict procedures. A high school diploma is required, and an agriculture background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work independently and efficiently with little or no supervision.
• Assist other mill employees with operating activities.
• Operate scales for inbound and outbound trucks.
• Performing basic preventative maintenance, including housekeeping items.
• Understanding the feed ingredients and proper handling techniques.
• Accurately distribute feed directly to a feed truck.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Consistently follow all laws, regulations, and safety rules.
• Properly complete necessary paperwork and records.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
