Job summary

Conagra Brands in Troy, Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the night shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a $30.82 base hourly rate plus $1 shift differential. The role covers repairs, preventive maintenance and safety compliance across plant systems, with OT as needed to meet production and sanitation schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, documenting activities, and supporting CPS and 5S initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety compliance and OSHA standards.
• Proven ability to perform preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for plant equipment.
• HVAC related knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safety behaviors with focus on zero injuries and OSHA compliance.
• Repairs and maintenance for roofs, pipes, walls, floors, doors, docks, and other building structures.
• Follow and comply with SQF and GMPs.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant systems including wastewater and boilers.
• Inspect equipment to detect malfunctions and plan corrective actions.
• Record maintenance and operations activities.
• Overtime may be required to meet production and maintenance schedules.
