Job summary

Construction Job Board USA is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician in Troy, Ohio. The role runs a 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM shift, four days weekly with rotation, and offers a base pay of $27.00–$29.00 per hour plus a $1.75 shift differential.

Responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and compliance in a busy plant environment. Forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Disassemble and rebuild equipment, replacing or repairing components as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery parts.
• Support upkeep of the facility and building systems.
• Operate tools like cutting torches or welding equipment when needed.
• Follow and support all plant safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Maintain records of parts, supplies, and maintenance activities.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and inventory.
