Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repair and rebuild of production equipment at our Vlasic facility in Imlay City, Michigan. This role supports the afternoon and midnight shifts in a team environment reporting to the shift supervisor.

You will receive hands-on training, including Amatrol, and opportunities for internal growth, with overtime and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Fabrication, machine shop skills and a mechanical background.
• Develop working relationships to ensure correction of machine failures and implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Complete work orders and record material used on jobs.
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including forklift, mechanical lifts, ladders, scaffolding and hand tools.
• Working knowledge of conveyors, variable frequency drives, electrical motors and industrial controls.
• Use blueprints, wiring diagrams and manufacturer's installation manuals to complete assigned projects.
• Work daily/weekend overtime as scheduled.
