Job summary

FLAVOR REDDY FOODS, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Cincinnati, OH plant on the Night Shift (4:00 PM – 4:00 AM). The role focuses on line changeovers, equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining production and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance with strong mechanical and electrical skills and will perform preventive maintenance, monitor downtime, and participate in GMP/SOP training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience (multimeters, testing equipment).
• Experience with boilers and pasteurizers (preferred).
• Experience with pumps, motors, and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime.
• Track downtime in ERP system.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Complete GMP and SOP training.
• Assist with facility maintenance and special projects.
