Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Must work a 12-hour rotating shift, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain site utility systems (HVAC, boilers, ammonia, glycol, wastewater).
• Monitor and adjust equipment, perform PMs, and document results.
• Lead safety initiatives and conduct shift rounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair utility issues; submit work orders as needed.
• Maintain water and wastewater records and monitor quality.
