Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to wear Level A suit (SCBA).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, GMPs and general instructions.
• Good communication skills required.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain site utility systems: steam boilers, thermal oxidizer, ammonia refrigeration, glycol systems, HVAC, wastewater treatment, and general facility.
• Monitor ammonia refrigeration, boilers, steam and air systems; perform PMs and logging.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA through accurate documentation and logs.
• Lead shift rounds, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with leadership, and handover to next shift.
• Provide support across the plant and complete scheduled maintenance to develop skills.
