LAUKOA is seeking a General Maintenance Worker I to support building operations at Charleston, SC. You will assist with basic upkeep under supervision, ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, light repairs, and assisting the maintenance team with tools and setup, with a night schedule from 11pm to 7am and on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance or similar support role in the past 5 years.
