Zusammenfassung

GRAIL is seeking a Facilities Technician for our Durham, North Carolina (RTP) site to support 24/7 operations in a high‑regulatory setting. This is a full‑time, third‑shift role from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with on‑call duties and potential weekend or holiday coverage.

You will maintain HVAC, BAS, and critical infrastructure, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations. You will coordinate preventive, corrective, and on‑demand maintenance, lead PM activities, and work

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent and maintenance or operational experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Perform and coordinate planned, preventive, corrective, and on-demand maintenance for facility assets (utilities, equipment, and systems) to support 24/7 operations.
• Lead, perform, and optimize routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
• Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to assess functionality, reliability, and compliance of facility assets.
• Monitor BAS alarms and notifications and respond as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in the CMMS.
