Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Previous maintenance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Glassware Inventory and glass washing functions
• Maintains stability chamber
• Provides maintenance services across basic electrical, carpentry, equipment, painting, and facility maintenance
• Reviews and processes maintenance logs, documents, databases and related materials
• Provides support on maintenance policies, programs and practices to staff and management
• Assists in reviewing and implementing maintenance policies and programs to meet needs
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; escalates when required
• Contributes to department efficiency by offering suggestions and participating in a team
• Supports Pace mission with courteous, cooperative behavior with customers and staff
