Job summary

MSD in North Carolina is seeking an HVAC&R Technician to troubleshoot and maintain industrial HVAC systems, read P&IDs, and support GMP/CGMP-compliant processes. The role includes night shifts and on-call rotations, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include calibration, equipment repair, and collaboration across Operations, Quality, Automation, and Tech groups to ensure optimal performance and adherence to PM plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of plant maintenance experience with HVAC, instrumentation, electrical, or refrigeration knowledge.
• Ability to read P&IDs and electrical prints.
• Willing to work night shifts and be on-call weekends.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC&R systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations per SOPs and PM plans.
• Interface with Operations, Quality, and Automation teams as required.
