Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment within Health System Shared Services | Facilities Operations. You will work in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades, install and repair fixtures, respond to emergencies, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience performing day-to-day inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs in building systems.
• Ability to install, repair and troubleshoot fixtures and components in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and documentation.

Responsibilities
