Job summary

Form Energy in the United States is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities maintenance team on the night shift. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Facilities Operations and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to support rapid scale‑up and reliable energy storage manufacturing.

The role requires hands-on CMMS experience, strong problem-solving, and a can-do attitude to drive safety, uptime, and continuous improvement across the site in West Virginia.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Technical School Diploma in Electrical, Controls, Automation, HVAC or related field.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role supervising maintenance technicians.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations including LOTO, NFPA 70E, and OSHA.
• Experience with CMMS systems and shutdown coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians while upholding safety and continuous improvement.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including shutdowns and repairs.
• Ensure work orders, parts usage, and asset history are properly tracked in CMMS.
• Perform inspections of equipment and systems across facility (boilers, HVAC, electrical, etc.).
