Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division under Canadian Solar, seeks a Facility Supervisor (NIGHTS) to support overnight maintenance and operations. The role focuses on scheduling work orders, coordinating basic maintenance, and ensuring safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with technicians and contractors while guided by senior leadership and rely on factory facility expertise in HVAC and compressors. This entry-to-mid level position requires night shift availability and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in facilities, maintenance, or related field.
• Education: Associate degree or technical diploma preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Must have factory facility expertise with HVAC and air compressors.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of large industrial air compressors, water chillers, and cooling towers.
• Must be able to work nights.
• Monitor facility operations, including HVAC, lighting, and building systems.
• Assist with industrial electrical systems and facility equipment.
• Support facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions.
• Maintain work orders and maintenance records and assist with vendor coordination and facilities-related projects.
