The position requires a valid driver’s license and includes a 12-month term with regular night shifts from 10pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with a starting wage of $18.48/hour plus a $1.25 shift

Responsibilities

• Provide work direction and training to permanent and student staff.
• Delegate and assign tasks in the absence of supervisor.
• Perform building services to ensure a safe and clean campus environment.
• Handle hard surface floor maintenance, carpet and restroom care, and general maintenance tasks.
