Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate floor cleaning machines and other cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work irregular schedules, including third shift and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unlocks or secures buildings per schedule and guards property against fire, theft, and entry.
• Performs cleaning: lights, furniture, floors, restrooms; dusting and scrubbing surfaces.
• Performs snow removal and applies de-icing chemicals as directed; overtime may be required.
• Collects trash and manages recycling; moves furniture as directed.
• Inspects equipment locations, reports irregularities to maintenance or supervisor.
