The Indianapolis plant seeks a Thermoplastic Extrusion Operator to set up and run extrusion equipment, blend materials, weigh ingredients, and ensure quality while maintaining logs and adhering to ISO standards.

The role requires the ability to work on a 3rd shift, lift up to 60 lbs, read procedures, and follow safety rules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on a 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to mix and extrude materials per procedures.
• Weigh ingredients and ensure correct delivery to equipment.
• Monitor production and equipment for safe, efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Document logs, data reports, and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety rules.
