• Forklift Experience – prior experience is a plus.
• Flexible Schedule – must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and shift changes.
• Commitment to Safety & Quality – adherence to policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machinery; perform basic maintenance.
• Adhere to processes, perform quality checks, adjust settings for quality output.
• Load, change, and blend raw materials; manage packaging and finished goods flow.
• Follow safety protocols and LEAN initiatives to improve processes.
• Collaborate across extrusion, conversion, and warehousing to meet needs.
• Maintain records, suggest improvements, assist in training materials.
• Support startup of new production lines and contribute to product development.
