Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
• Diverse technical background in plastics processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing, and quality.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the shift technical expert in setting up and running sheet extrusion and injection molding equipment.
• Perform timely startups and shutdowns to maximize productivity.
• Identify process bottlenecks and communicate suggested changes.
