Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join a lean, high‑performance team. You will support multiple value streams in a fast paced environment and help meet productivity and quality goals while cross-training with Quality, Logistics, and Process Engineers.

This role operates from 10:15PM to 6:30AM EST. Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, 0–2+ years in manufacturing, and strong manual dexterity with good English communication.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 0-2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Good manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to perform basic math, reading, writing and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify and use needed raw materials from freezer, thaw materials, and cut specific amounts to reload into machines.
• Use calipers, verniers and other measuring devices to perform and evaluate work on basic machines.
• Assist with multiple extruder machine setups and basic operations to prepare, process, and inspect materials for quality and output.
• Complete daily documentation and reporting metrics accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot basic computer/material issues and communicate with leaders and engineers.
