Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II for the 2nd shift (2:15PM–10:45PM) to help meet productivity and quality goals. You will work with Quality, Logistics, and Process Engineers, performing machine setups, inspections, and process improvements in a LEAN environment.

The role requires experience in manufacturing, the ability to read blueprints, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support cross-functional operations and safety practices.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, BOMs, routings, blueprints.
• Experience with or willingness to learn CNC and molding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials, tools, and equipment for operations.
• Read blueprints and work orders for setup and inspection.
• Set up and operate injection molding equipment and CNC systems.
• Maintain documentation and reporting metrics on time.
• Support LEAN and 5S initiatives and safety programs.
