Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join a lean, high‑performance team. You will support multiple value streams in a fast paced environment and help meet productivity and quality goals while cross-training with Quality, Logistics, and Process Engineers.
This role operates from 10:15PM to 6:30AM EST. Ideal candidates have a GED or high school diploma, 0–2+ years in manufacturing, and strong manual dexterity with good English communication.
Reporting to the Production Manager and Value Stream Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the department's productivity and quality goals are met. As a leader in integrity and quality, the Manufacturing Associate I is part of a cohesive team manufacturing high-quality products. This diverse and exciting role cross trains in different value streams based on the changing needs of the business. You will interact fluidly with peers, supervisors and cross‑functionally work with Quality Control, Logistics, and Process Engineers. At Parker, you will cultivate a strong culture by participating in High Performance Teams and operating in a LEAN environment. In this position you will work from 10:15PM-6:30AM EST.
