Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing processes in a LEAN environment. You will assist process engineers, collect data, and help review equipment and methods to meet production goals and safety standards.

Responsibilities include generating and revising SOPs, working cross-functionally, and contributing to continuous improvement projects and cost reductions. Evening shift hours apply and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency.
• Associate degree or higher in technical field preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience; lean tools knowledge a must.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineers and departments to meet production goals.
• Review and improve manufacturing equipment, fixtures, and processes.
• Document procedures, SOPs, and work instructions accurately and on time.
• Train operators and supervisors on new equipment and processes.
• Support LEAN and High-Performance team initiatives and safety programs.
