Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Manufacturing Associate II for 2nd shift (2:15PM-10:45PM) to help meet productivity and quality goals. You will work within LEAN processes and High-Performance Teams across value streams, coordinating with Quality Control, Logistics, and Process Engineers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and effective documentation while supporting multiple molding and machining operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, BOMs, routings, and blueprints preferred.
• Ability to stand for long durations up to 8 hours, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have good verbal/written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw materials, tools, and equipment for machine operations and assembly.
• Read work orders and blueprints to set up and operate equipment for quality output.
• Set up and operate injection molding equipment.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC/gantry systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and tool changes.
