Job summary

Parker Hannifin Massachusetts is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to support multiple value streams, ensure productivity and quality, and rotate with cross‑functional teams. You will work 6:00 AM–2:30 PM EST and participate in LEAN and High Performance initiatives to uphold Parker’s culture.

This role requires basic machine operation, measurement with calipers and verniers, documentation, safety and 5S, and teamwork to meet time‑sensitive production goals across extrusion, molding, trimming,

Qualifications

Manual dexterity and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Strong reading, writing and basic math skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

Verify and prepare raw materials and dies for jobs.
Use calipers and verniers to measure and inspect materials.
Assist in extruder setups and basic operations; perform routine maintenance.
Complete daily documentation and reporting metrics on time.
Troubleshoot basic computer and material issues and coordinate with other departments.
Support cross‑functional areas such as extrusion, molding, trimming, and splicing.
Support Lean and High‑Performance initiatives; participate in training and team improvement activities.
Follow Safety and 5S protocols and use PPE as required.
