Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking a Temporary Internal Registry RN for the Night Shift in the Emergency Department. This per diem assignment runs for approximately 12 weeks with ongoing staffing evaluation.

The RN must hold a current state license, BLS, ALS, PALS/ENPC, and meet facility requirements. Certification in CEN and a BSN are preferred, with additional ED-specific credentials encouraged.

Competenze

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• ALS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• PALS certificate and/or ENPC 60 days upon hire and maintain current.
• CEN preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Mansioni

• Delivery of safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel in Telemetry.
• Communicate with physician about changes in patient condition and diagnostic results.
• Maintain EMTALA compliance and report abuse as required; protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
