Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certificate on hire and maintain.
• ALS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain.
• PALS and/or ENPC within 60 days of hire and maintain.
• CEN certification preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in Telemetry and Emergency Department.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Communicate patient changes and diagnostic results to physicians.
• Educate patients and families and supervise nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA.
