Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department to provide compassionate patient care using the nursing process. You will work with a team to coordinate care, maintain patient rights, and uphold Mercy Service Standards.

This part-time role offers a 24-hour weekly schedule (6:30pm–7:00am) with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, Day-One benefits, tuition assistance, and retirement plans to support your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license).
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days).
• Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain accountability.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments and protects patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and supports a team-based environment.
