Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (Required).
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association.
• RN - Registered Nurse license with Ohio Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises care plans.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Operations - Supports department operations as needed.
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), focus on safety, quality and efficiency in job duties.
