Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking an experienced RN to join the Emergency Department at Stephens Hospital on a full-time, 36-hour night shift. The role involves caring for patients of all ages in a fast-paced ED, working with a collaborative team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN license; BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: One year of recent RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Support per diem/night shift coverage and ensure patient safety during shifts.
