Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborates with health care providers to coordinate medical and nursing management.
• Provides emergency treatment within RN scope of practice.
• Documents accurate and ongoing assessments and care plans.
• Maintains patient and staff safety and follows infection control procedures.
• Performs duties assigned by department leadership and adapts to workload changes.
• Oversees care delivery and staffing needs on the unit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
