Nutex Health, Inc. seeks a qualified Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to deliver immediate, evidence-based care during nights in Jacksonville, FL.

You will perform thorough assessments, triage, administer meds, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. The role requires RN licensure, minimum ER experience, current BCLS/CPR and advanced life support certifications; strong communication and teamwork are essential for this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Two years of emergency room experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure with the State Board of Nurse Examiners.
• Current BCLS/CPR; ACLS, PALS or ENPC; TNCC preferred.
• Educational requirements appropriate for age-specific needs in ED.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients head-to-toe and determine condition severity.
• Assign triage categories to ensure timely care.
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages per protocols.
• Administer medications following the five rights.
• Supervise ERTs and other staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Advocate for patients and educate families about plans.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Maintain infection control and participate in quality initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing education and staff meetings.
