Job summary

Rumford Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a part-time night shift. You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process and coordinate with physicians in a telemetry setting.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC within 30 days, and BSN preferred. TNNC and ED experience are valued. Competitive benefits and a fast-hiring process are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state
• BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC within specified timelines
• 1+ year ER or acute care experience preferred
• CEN certification preferred
• TNNC within 12 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in Telemetry/ED
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of nursing staff
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physician with test results
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
