Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Licensed as an RN in state of practice with current certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days; other unit-specific certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
• Administers medications and treatments per policies, standards, and state law.
• Documents according to standards of care and maintains patient records.
• Develops and executes a patient plan of care with physician guidance.
• Participates in department performance improvement and peer review processes.
