Job summary

Mercyhealth in Wisconsin is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe, evidence-based patient care on nights, with three 12-hour shifts per week. You will assess patients, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient safety and experience.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license. ADN is acceptable at hire; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• RN licensure in state of practice and CPR/BLS required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per policy.
• Documents care according to standards of care.
• Develops and executes patient plans of care as prescribed.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to support longitudinal care.
• Assesses, plans, intervenes, and evaluates patient care with critical thinking.
