Job summary

Orlando Health Lake Mary Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift in Emergency Services. You will assess, treat, and care for patients, perform therapeutic procedures, and document care in a busy ED environment.

Graduate of an approved school of nursing; Florida RN license with BLS; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for NICU areas. Competitive benefits begin on day one and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Orlando Health and unit/department.
• Current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate licensure; BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, treats, and cares for patients with breathing disorders and other acute needs.
• Performs therapeutic procedures and maintains accurate patient records.
• Operates and monitors specialized equipment and responds to life‑saving situations.
• Documents patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, and compliant manner per regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with the medical staff and nursing leadership to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
