Job summary

Plexus seeks a manufacturing support team member to help operate and maintain equipment, contribute to continuous improvement, and support production lines on the B Shift (with a 10% shift differential). This role emphasizes meeting customer requirements and applying Plexus manufacturing processes.

The position requires an Associate's Degree with 1+ years of related experience. Location is in Idaho, with standard full-time hours and a focus on safety and quality in a production setting.

Responsibilities

• Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
• Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
• Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
