Job summary

Plexus is seeking a dedicated manufacturing support professional to strengthen production operations in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. The role emphasizes proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous learning to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

With an Associate’s Degree and 2+ years of related experience, you will contribute to high-quality manufacturing outcomes, collaborate across teams, and participate in development programs to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree with 2+ years related experience preferred; equivalent combinations considered.
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Develops / executes manufacturing solutions and provides services that are high-quality and cost-appropriate.
  • Uses tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, processes or production.
  • Understands how their role supports Plexus manufacturing processes, product specs, and cross-discipline coordination.
  • Executes responsibilities independently with good manufacturing practices and supports production line operators.
  • Maintains comprehensive understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, and operation.

Salary Range:

$46,200.00 - $69,200.00

Purpose Statement:

To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of Plexus's production by providing comprehensive support for equipment. Through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to continuous learning, strive to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and contribute to the successful production of high-quality products.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty (in-discipline) and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
  • Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
  • Demonstrates an intermediate, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications / cross discipline OR supplier coordination, as it applies to their role.
  • Successfully executes responsibilities independently in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
