Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center. The reach truck/high-level stock picker moves, locates, relocates, stacks, and counts merchandise; the Equipment Operator ensures safe, precise handling of Arhaus products.

Night shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM. Responsibilities include order picking with RF guns, inventory accuracy, and packaging while upholding safety standards. Eligible for competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma/GED.
• 1–2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit-down tow motor, or rider pallet jack.
• Operate equipment at up to 35 ft height.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.
• Understanding of general warehousing processes (order picking, packing, shipping/receiving).

Responsibilities

• Pick and put away - operate power mobile material handling equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker).
• Use RF gun to select orders and put away product based on system-directed order types.
• Retrieve items for delivery/picking and staging inventory accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by moving products via RF transactions.
• Ensure product integrity during movement from rack to dock.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently per company standards.
