Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join its distribution center team as Equipment Operators. The role focuses on operating reach trucks/high-level pickers to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include RF-based order picking, inventory staging, and ensuring product integrity from rack to dock. Candidates should have 1–2 years of equipment experience and a high school diploma/GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and operate at heights up to 35 ft.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck/high-level picker to move, locate, relocate and count merchandise.
• Use RF gun to pick orders and store according to system directions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure safe handling of items.
